About The Chef
After working in the culinary arts field for 10 years, Chef Daniel Holloway started Holloway Catering, a small catering company based in Burlington, Ontario, which focused on fine breakfast cuisine. He soon saw that the trend in catering was for private functions, so he decided to make a change and he started Chef Daniel Holloway, a personal chef catering service.
Chef Daniel Holloway attended the culinary arts program at Humber College and received a Registered Nutritionist certificate from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition. From there, Chef Daniel started his apprenticeship program under an executive chef focusing on Canadian Cuisine. Through-out his career, Chef Daniel has worked as a Sous-Chef, Pastry Chef, and Executive Chef all over Toronto and the GTA, in the most elite restaurants and catering companies. Chef Daniel was also one of the top 20 finalists for the W Network’s Search for the Next W Expert competition out of 500 applicants.
